Pinkwell Property was established in 1989 after 20 years experience in Land and Estate Agency in the Cotswolds. We know the area intimately and cover Gloucestershire and its borders with Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
We offer a range of different services depending on your requirements:-
1) A full search for Clients who prefer to leave it all to us. See Terms and Conditions page.
2) For Clients already registered with the Estate Agents and searching on the Internet themselves we charge a fee only if we introduce you to a property not being fully offered and advertised on the open market.
3) Viewing Service. Should you see a property advertised which appears to be of interest but would like us to check it out and give you the benefit of our advice before making a possibly wasted journey, we charge on an hourly rate only plus mileage. We can also negotiate the purchase on your behalf if required.
